What is your return policy?

We want your Loungefly experience to be a positive one!

For accessories, we will happily take back any unused item within 7 days of delivery, and refund your original form of payment minus shipping. Please reach out to customer service at CS@loungefly.com for your return label. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, please contact customer service.

All apparel must be returned unused and in original packaging with all original tags attached and must include the enamel pin with the garment in order to qualify as a return.

Please email CS@loungefly.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Loungefly.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the items you no longer want to keep, and make a new purchase from our site.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will be processed for shipment within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, except during holidays and weekends. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info provided. Please note that your shipping method selected comes with standard service levels and timelines for delivery to your home.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Loungefly cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the UPS tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with UPS to report your lost shipment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing right away and cannot be canceled or changed once submitted. Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered, or sizes of clothing are correct. We are not able to add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
Are there limited quantities on purchases?

To provide our fans and collectors the best chance at purchasing exclusive or non-exclusive items, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to limit quantities.

Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.

Orders found to exceed the limit placed on an item may be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, a pending charge may appear on your statement, which will reverse within 3-7 business days, however this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution

Those who use multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try and bypass our product limits in any other way may have all orders canceled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.

What shipping services do you use?
We ship exclusively with United Parcel Service (UPS) at a flat rate within the contiguous 48 states. Flat rate shipping will cost $21.95 per order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO and other territories. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or international locations, including Canada. Your order may be delivered via UPS SurePost, UPS Mail Innovations, or UPS Ground, depending on the size of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, and also Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO and other territories, but you can visit FunkoEurope.com to see if they ship to you.
How do I get free shipping?
Orders with a subtotal over $100 receive free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
